Variable Attendance Incentive Rule Variable Attendance Incentive एक Reward (इनाम) है , इसमें इनाम के लिए 4,160 रुपया दिया जा रहे है । इसे प्राप्त करने के नियम इस प्रकार है । * 1 Quarter Year में 2 छुट्टी लेते है तो आप को Variable Attendance Incentive का पूरा 100% पैसा आप को मिलेगा । * 1 Quarter Year में 2.5 छुट्टी लेने पर आप को Variable Attendance Incentive में से 75% रुपया आप को मिलेगा । * 1 Quarter Year में 3 छुट्टी लेने पर आप को Variable Attendance Incentive में से 50% रुपया आप को मिलेगा । * 1 Quarter Year में 3.5 छूट्टी लेने पर आप को Variable Attendance Incentive में से 25% रुपया आप को मिलेगा । * 1 Quarter Year में 4 छुट्टी लेने पर आप को Variable Attendance Incentive में से 0% रुपया आप को मिलेगा ।
